Hi! I'm considering apping a character who is underage (specifically age 11) and was wondering if there is any set up in place for kids her age? Like would she just get her PDA and her money and be sent her on her way or would they put her in some kind of foster care? And if it's the latter what would happen if she tried to runaway?
